Skiftr provides AI-assisted career, recruitment, job matching, and labor market insight services.

You must:

• be at least 18 years old
• provide accurate and lawful information
• use the platform in compliance with applicable law
• maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• attempt unauthorized access to the platform, infrastructure, or user accounts
• interfere with platform security, AI systems, monitoring systems, or functionality
• reverse engineer, scrape, test, probe for vulnerabilities, or otherwise abuse the platform or underlying systems
• upload unlawful, malicious, fraudulent, discriminatory, or unauthorized content
• use the platform to generate unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful content
• use automated systems or bots in a manner that disrupts the platform
• attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security protections
• use the service in violation of applicable law

We may suspend, restrict, monitor, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, infrastructure, legal compliance, operational reliability, or security.

The platform, software, interfaces, branding, AI systems, models, designs, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Skiftr or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant users any ownership rights in the platform or underlying technology except for the limited right to access and use the services in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you upload, including CVs, profile information, prompts, chat interactions, and related materials.

By using Skiftr, you grant us a limited right to process, store, analyze, transmit, monitor, and use submitted content solely as necessary to:

• provide and operate the service
• improve platform functionality and reliability
• generate AI-powered recommendations and insights
• maintain security and operational stability
• prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
• debug, monitor, maintain, and support the platform
• comply with legal obligations

You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content is lawful, accurate, and that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.

We do not acquire ownership of your content.

Skiftr uses AI technologies to:

• analyze profiles and CVs
• improve matching and recommendations
• provide career and labor market insights
• generate summaries and recommendations
• support platform functionality and automation

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and assistive purposes only.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or biased.

Skiftr does not guarantee:

• employment outcomes
• interviews or hiring decisions
• recommendation accuracy
• AI output reliability
• salary accuracy or labor market predictions

Users are responsible for independently evaluating AI-generated recommendations, outputs, and decisions.

Certain functionality may rely on third-party AI, analytics, cloud, and infrastructure providers.

3-Day Trial

The 3-day trial begins once payment has been successfully completed.

After the 3-day trial period, the subscription automatically converts into a paid 30-day Local subscription unless cancelled before the end of the trial period.

Users may cancel the subscription at any time before renewal to avoid future charges.

If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until payment has been successfully completed.

Local and Nordic Plans

Subscriptions begin once payment has been successfully completed.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Users may cancel at any time before renewal to avoid future charges.

If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until payment has been successfully completed.

Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable once a subscription period has started.

Local Team Plans

Team plans are prepaid subscription periods purchased for a fixed duration (for example 1–6 months).

The full subscription period is charged upfront.

1 month is defined as 30 days.

Team plan purchases are non-refundable once the subscription period has started unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Access expires automatically at the end of the purchased subscription period.

EU Consumer Rights

By purchasing a subscription and accessing digital services immediately, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation may be lost or reduced once access to the service has begun, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

This includes information about:

• personal data processing
• AI systems, monitoring, and diagnostics
• analytics and monitoring
• cookies and session telemetry
• international transfers
• retention periods
• your GDPR rights

We strive to keep the platform available, secure, and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Maintenance, updates, third-party dependencies, infrastructure failures, security incidents, or operational issues may affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skiftr is not liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or goodwill
• AI-generated inaccuracies or errors
• recommendation quality or matching outcomes
• employment outcomes or hiring decisions
• interruptions, downtime, or service unavailability
• third-party provider failures or outages
• decisions made based on AI-generated outputs or recommendations

The platform and AI-generated outputs are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, legal compliance, operational reliability, or security.

Upon termination, access to the platform and associated services may immediately cease.

Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by Danish law.

Any disputes shall be handled by the Danish courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
